Complete laps of any race event or time trial in Mad King’s Raceway. Achievement can be completed once every year.
Reward: 10  Trick-or-Treat Bag

There are 3 races in Raceway. Any of them count towards this achievement. Video & audio is a bit out of sync as I was having a bit of an encoder issue. Sorry!
